The fire service is evolving—and so is how we support the minds and hearts of those who serve.

At the 2026 FSPA Conference in Portland, Oregon, we’re bringing together mental and behavioral health professionals and fire service leaders who are shaping the future of psychological wellness, resilience, and performance in the fire service.

If you have experience, research, lessons learned, or innovative practices that actually work in the field, we want to hear from you.

🧠🚒 We’re especially seeking presentations that:

• Bridge science and practical application in real fire service settings
• Advance peer support, ethics, and clinician–department collaboration
• Address moral injury, trauma, culture change, and prevention
• Explore what effective mental health support should look like in 2026 and beyond
• Help departments bring ideas home that create lasting impact

This conference is known for clarity, connection, and content that matters—sessions that attendees can take back to their departments and put into action. Your voice, your experience, and your insights can help move the fire service forward.
