New Host for Our Monthly Mental Health Clinician Consultation

We at FSPA want to give our sincere thanks to Dr. Charles “Chuck” Allen, the fellow who got the Mental Health Clinician Consultation monthly event started and served as its host. As I’ve heard many FSPA folks say over the years, “Dr. “Chuck” is a psychologist’s psychologist.” I call him Everyman and my friend.

We are delighted to introduce the new host for this monthly FSPA event, Dr. Elizabeth Ramquist, Ph.D, who has graciously taken on this role for FSPA.

Dr. Ramquist is a Clinical Psychologist in Los Angeles, California where she specializes in assessing and treating PTSD in first responders, medical professionals, and combat veterans. She also works with birth traumas and those who are working through grief.

Dr. Ramquist is also an educator who has taught graduate and undergraduate psychology and statistics courses at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, the University of Notre Dame, Indiana University, and Biola University.

She is a member of APA’s Division 18: Psychologists in Public Service and Division 56: Trauma Psychology. She holds active psychologist licenses in California, Indiana, Idaho, and Washington State (telehealth). In addition to clinical work, she enjoys giving talks on mental health at hospitals, graduate schools, and community events.

So, for all our psychologists and masters-level clinicians out there, login to this month’s Mental Health Clinician Consultation on March 11th beginning at 11:00 am PST / 2:00 pm EST, and get to know our new host!
