| Organizational Affiliation | I know what it means to serve in high-stakes environments and what it costs. As the Founder and CEO of Haruki Health, I built a proactive resilience training platform specifically designed for first responders and military personnel. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, including more than 10 years as a civilian therapist in forward-deployed military environments, where I worked directly on resilience and psychological injury, and another decade in private practice serving first responders. Those experiences shaped my understanding of what happens before, during, and after exposure, and why support must come earlier. |

| FSPA Affiliation | I joined Fire Psychology Association because it aligns directly with my life’s work, advancing how the fire service understands and prepares for the psychological demands of the job. My experience in forward-deployed military environments and in private practice showed me that we often wait too long to address psychological injury. Being part of this community allows me to learn from, contribute to, and foster a shift toward proactive resilience, in which mental readiness is trained just like any other critical skill. My mission is simple: Give the people who protect our communities the tools to protect themselves. |
