My work includes pre-employment psychological evaluations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, consultation, training, and critical incident support for law enforcement, fire service, and other public safety organizations. I have a particular professional interest in fire service behavioral health, peer support, psychological assessment, and strengthening culturally competent mental health services for first responders. |

| FSPA Affiliation | I joined FSPA because I want to continue building my knowledge and experience in fire service psychology. I’m especially interested in learning more about fire service culture, peer support, critical incident response, behavioral health, and the ways psychologists can best support firefighters and EMS personnel. I also wanted to connect with other psychologists and professionals who are already doing this work. I think there is a lot of value in learning from people who understand the culture and the unique demands of the fire service, and I hope to continue developing my own work in this area in a way that is practical, informed, and useful to the agencies and personnel I serve. |
