I am a Veteran, PTSD/Trauma therapist and I own Warrior’s Insight Therapy, a group mental health practice that focuses on providing culturally-competent services to military, responders, and their families – with providers who are part of the communities they serve.

My focus has always been veterans and because many veterans choose to continue their careers as responders, I naturally gained that experience as well. However, I am fully aware of my limitations because of my lack of direct (non-military) experience with responders, so I seek to learn as much as I can in order to be as helpful as I can be.
